Photography Final: A risograph-printed mini zine that touches on topics of colorism in the South Asian diaspora.
A kolbalish is a long, cylindrical pillow used by many Bengali people. It's a culturally significant item which brings a sense of comfort and a reminder of home when we're far away. This photoshoot is an homage to the love Bengalis have for their kolbalish.
Imagining a fantasy world where humanity and machine are one and the same.
