Jasjyot Singh Hans is an Indian, Sikh, queer multimedia designer and illustrator- and a MICA alum! He got his Master's from MICA in Illustration Practice. Jasjyot's portfolio explores many themes involving identity and societal convention and deviation, and embracing our real selves.
I got introduced to Jasjyot’s work through my Forum professor last year and I think she was right on the money– his work encompasses a lot of the themes I like to work with, specifically intersectionality of identity. I admire Jasjyot's different approaches with medium and theme in both his editorial and personal work.
